Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this new image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
